Rules for Verified Merchants in the P2P Market
1. Requirements for Obtaining Verified Merchant Status
To obtain the status of a verified merchant, the following requirements must be met:
- Trading Volume: The total trading volume on the platform must be at least 50,000 USD.
- Account Age: Your account must be registered for at least 3 months.
- KYC Verification: The merchant must pass the identity verification procedure (KYC).
- Deposit: A deposit of 2,000 USDT is required for obtaining the verified merchant status.
- Clean Reputation: There should be no recorded violations of the platform’s rules on the account in the last 30 days.
- Minimum Successful Orders: At least 100 orders must be successfully completed in the last 30 days.
2. Obtaining the Status
If a user meets all the requirements, they can submit an application for verified merchant status to support. The support team will review the application and make a decision regarding the status. If the application is approved, the user becomes a verified merchant. If rejected, the user may resubmit the application no sooner than 10 days after the last attempt.

4. Loss of Verified Merchant Status
If a verified merchant attempts to deceive a buyer, their account will be immediately blocked. Merchants caught engaging in fraudulent activities will be banned with no right to regain verified status, and their deposit will not be returned.
5. Cancellation of Verified Merchant Status
A verified merchant can choose to cancel their status through their account. In this case, they must submit a cancellation request, which will be reviewed by support. If the merchant has no violations and no open disputes, the support team will remove the status and return the deposit to the merchant's wallet. The merchant can reapply for verified status no sooner than 10 days after the cancellation.
Any user complaints regarding fraud, unfair trading practices, or other violations may result in temporary or permanent revocation of merchant status after review by the platform administrator.
6. Deposit Return
The deposit can be returned if the merchant voluntarily relinquishes their status or leaves the platform, provided there are no active violations or disputes at the time of the return request. In the case of violations or ongoing investigations, the platform reserves the right to delay or confiscate the deposit.
7. Communication and Interaction Rules
- Honesty: Merchants must adhere to the platform’s rules and conduct orders fairly in the interests of both parties.
- Timeliness: Merchants must respond to takers’ requests promptly and avoid delaying orders without valid reasons.
- It is prohibited to create more than one active offer in the same trading pair and in the same direction (buy or sell)
8. Compliance with General P2P Market Rules
A verified merchant must comply with the general rules of the P2P Market.
