P2P Market Rules

By using the P2P Market in Crypto Bot, you agree to the terms and rules outlined below. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension.

General Rules

  • Be polite. The offers and messages in the bot are managed by real people. Adhere to the terms of the offer and practice proper business etiquette.
  • Be careful. Payment must be sent only through the selected payment method. Transfer the exact amount specified in the offer.
  • Be confident. Ensure you can send or receive payment without third-party involvement. Once the payment details are exchanged, the order cannot be canceled.
  • No malicious intent. Our service has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent and illegal activities. Any such actions will lead to a permanent account ban and service refusal.
  • Attempts to manipulate P2P Market rules to delay orders, create unfair competition, or deceive the other party are unacceptable.
  • Stay secure. Follow the procedures specified in the offer and recommendations for safe trades. Understand the consequences of the operation before confirming it. Contact support in case of any issues, suspicious activities, or non-standard situations.
  • Use only the @CryptoBot. Communication between order participants and operations must occur solely in the @CryptoBot. Switching to personal messages, other bots, or other messengers is prohibited.
  • Cooperate. Order participants must cooperate when resolving issues by providing timely and accurate information to our support team.
  • In the event of disputes, the platform reserves the right to freeze the assets in question for investigation and decide on the appropriate actions.
  • It is prohibited to create more than one active offer in the same trading pair and in the same direction (buy or sell).

For Sellers

  • When initiating an order, the seller agrees to transfer the cryptocurrency specified in the offer to the buyer after receiving payment in the agreed amount through the designated payment method within the stipulated time frame.
  • Before initiating an order, the seller must add correct payment details. Providing invalid or incorrect details to later send new details via messages or outside the platform is prohibited.
  • Any additional payment instructions must be included with the payment details. The seller is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the payment information provided. If an error occurs and the buyer makes the payment, the order will be considered paid.
  • Opening orders without the intention to conduct them according to the stated parameters in the listing is not allowed. Sellers cannot demand extra fees or fines, even in additional listing terms.
  • Upon payment confirmation by the buyer, the seller must promptly verify the receipt of full payment within the stipulated time and complete the order to transfer the coins to the buyer. Sellers who consistently fail to complete orders after receiving payment may have their access to the P2P Market restricted.
  • If the seller does not receive the payment, they must open a dispute.
  • The buyer can also open a dispute if they have confirmed the payment but the seller has not confirmed receipt.
  • When opening a dispute, the seller should contact support and provide information about the order and proof of non-receipt or the reasons for not completing the order.
  • To protect against receiving funds obtained through fraudulent activities, the seller may request additional confirmations from the buyer.
  • If the payment is received but the buyer did not meet the additional conditions or more confirmations are needed, the seller may request compliance or provision of such confirmations. If the buyer refuses, the seller can decline the offer and return the payment directly to the sender.
  • If the payment is made using a method other than the one specified in the offer, the seller may either complete the order or return the received amount directly to the sender to cancel the order.
  • If the payment amount is less than the specified amount in the offer, the buyer must send the remaining amount, or the seller must return the payment directly to the sender to cancel the order.
  • If the payment amount exceeds the required amount, or multiple payments are made due to an error, the seller must return the excess amount to the sender and complete the order, or return the entire received amount to cancel the order.
  • If the buyer made the payment to the seller’s details but chose the wrong bank or payment system, the seller must either accept the funds and complete the order or return the payment to cancel the order if possible.
  • The seller can decline the offer by returning the full payment directly to the sender before completing the order.

For Buyers

  • When initiating an order, the buyer agrees to transfer the amount specified in the offer to the seller's details within the stipulated time through the specified payment method.
  • Starting orders without the intention to complete them according to the listed parameters is prohibited. The payment must be made in full, and any transfer fees are the buyer's responsibility. Begging for discounts, requesting fees to be included in the payment amount, or deviating from other parameters is not allowed.
  • The payment must be sent to the details added by the seller in the order (under the "Details" section). The buyer should ensure they send the payment to these details, not to any received in chat, personal messages, or additional terms in the listing.
  • The payment must be made within the bank or payment system specified in the payment method.
  • The payment must come from the buyer’s personal bank or payment system account. Payments via third parties or external payment services are not allowed.
  • Before making the payment, the buyer must verify the accuracy of the payment details and amount. Any errors in the payment process do not guarantee that the funds can be received by the seller or refunded to the sender.
  • In case of any questions, problems with the details, or discrepancies, the buyer should contact the seller through the chat in the bot or support.
  • If the buyer decides not to proceed with the purchase or is unable to make the transfer, they must cancel the order and ensure the payment will not be made or is explicitly rejected.
  • After making the transfer, the buyer must indicate payment completion by selecting "Payment Sent" in the offers menu.
  • It is forbidden to mark payment completion without actually making the transfer.
  • If the payment is sent, the buyer should not cancel the order unless the transfer is returned.
  • The buyer can open a dispute if the seller does not confirm receipt of payment or transfer the cryptocurrency after the payment confirmation time has expired.
  • The seller can also open a dispute if they did not receive the payment within the designated payment time.
  • When opening a dispute, the buyer must contact support and provide information about the order and proof of payment.
  • If the seller requests additional payment confirmations to protect against fraudulent schemes, the buyer may agree to provide them or refuse to cancel the order, resulting in the return of the payment to the sender.
  • If the seller declines the offer or a refund is required, the buyer must provide the details of the account from which the payment was made.
